Deadline
The deadline for early registration was March 1st 2014. Registration and abstract submission is possible until May 1st. After that date, inclusion of abstracts in the abstract book can no longer be guaranteed. Note also that blocs of hotel rooms were booked for the conference but have been released to other clients as requested after March 1st. You should thus book your room as early as possible.
Cost
The early registration fees for full attentance to this conference are 350 Euros.
This includes participation to all sessions and coffee breaks, one copy of the abstract book and one ticket for the final banquet that will be held on Friday 27th. Additional banquet tickets will be available for purchase at the cost of 50 Euros.
Additional copies of the abstract book can also be ordered for 30 Euros
